Terms of Use
Open IPTV is a media player for playlists supplied by the user. It does not provide, host, endorse, sell, or verify channels, movies, series, playlists, or provider subscriptions.
Your responsibility
You must have permission to access and play every source you import. Open IPTV may not be used to access infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized content. The availability, quality, security, and legality of third-party services remain the responsibility of the user and provider.
Free app and Supporter features
Open IPTV remains usable without purchase. The free experience includes up to three favorites and the three most recent Continue Watching items, and may show a Supporter offer after each 30 minutes of cumulative playback. An active Open IPTV Supporter subscription unlocks unlimited favorites, complete Continue Watching history, and removes these watch-time offers.
Auto-renewable subscription
Open IPTV Supporter is a one-month auto-renewable subscription. The price shown before confirmation is charged through Stripe on the web or the applicable app store in a native app. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Web users can cancel renewal from account settings; native users manage purchases through their app-store account. Features remain available through the paid period, subject to the payment processor's billing and entitlement status.
Web account and service use
You are responsible for access to your email account and for every playlist connected to your Open IPTV account. You may not share access tokens, probe private networks, overload the service, or bypass provider restrictions. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive, unlawful, or security-sensitive use.
Compatibility
Providers and platforms vary in supported formats, codecs, cross-origin rules, and network security requirements. Open IPTV may use a distributed HTTPS edge relay for browser compatibility, but does not transcode media or guarantee compatibility with every playlist, provider, codec, stream, or device.
No warranties
The software is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, provider availability, stream quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for protecting provider credentials and complying with applicable law and provider terms.
License and changes
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreementapplies to the iOS app. These product terms may be updated as Open IPTV changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
